A regional HR Advisory role in the Healthcare sector expanded her Employment Relations case knowledge, Union involvement, restructuring and the importance of partnering the business to reduce costs and eliminating potential risks.
Most recently she has worked as part of the leadership team in a global FMCG business to achieve key projects; heading up the HR function; Recruitment of numerous key leaders; creation and delivery of Leaders training; implementation and then maintenance of the site HR/Payroll system; the auto-enrolment system; performance management and full utilisation of the appraisal system tool.
