- Job description (if you have one, if not we can help with this too)
- The USP of the role and working for your organisation
We do:
- Create a job advert for you using our knowledge of what attracts candidates
- Promote the role on appropriate job boards and social media forums, including our own dedicated jobs site (Specialist publications may be added at an additional cost.)
- Our adverts are ‘featured’ or ‘premium’ in nature and refresh every couple of days to the top of the search pile on the job boards.
- Manage applications via our Applicant Tracking System
- Create a long list of candidates based on the agreed criteria
- Telephone screening calls to create a ‘short list’ for you to interview
- Contact unsuccessful candidates
Our Fixed Fee Recruitment package price: £995
Our package fee is based on our time, effort and the cost of the job board advertising credits.
Whilst we don’t guarantee to find anyone, we do have a success rate of over 96% within the last 12 months alone and a very high level of repeat business from our existing clients.
