Our Retained HR Service Packages
Our Retained HR Service Packages offer you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your HR provision is fully compliant and in expert hands, allowing you to focus on running and growing your business.
Our Retained HR Service includes access to an experienced HR consultant (all our consultants are CIPD qualified to level 7 with decades of experience between them), on hand to answer questions and support you with looking after the people within your organisation.

How our Retained HR Support package works:
- We will carry out an initial free two-hour audit of your current HR provision and documents
- You select how many hours of support you will require each month so you only pay for what you need. Time is measured in 12 minute intervals.
- We’ll send you a time sheet each month with your hours balance. Any unused time each month can be rolled over, for up to a maximum of 6 months from that month. If you use in excess of your agreed hours, we will invoice you to top them back up (charged at PAYG rates) to bring you back into credit.
- Your hours can be used for face to face, on-site or remote support. (Travel time will be charged for any on-site meetings when the travel distance is more than 10 miles and all mileage is charged as per our terms of business)
- Minimum 12 month commitment, then subject to a 3 month notice period

- Preferential rate for set up of new HR documentation, if required*
- Free access to our document library (including template letters for the most common HR related scenarios)
- 20% off our training courses**
- Free training course places, dependent on the number of hours you book with us**
**excludes Supervising Mental Health First Aid, First Aid at Work, IOSH Working Safely and our development programmes

Hours used in excess of pre-booked hours will be charged at our Pay As You Go HR rate of £150 + VAT ph
