We are delighted to introduce our newest team member, HR Consultant – Emma Cullen – who joined us at the start of January 2024.

Emma has an extensive HR background across a variety of sectors, including education, public health and travel, which makes her a great addition to our team, that already supports clients from a wide range of industries.

Expertise that Emma brings include dealing with grievances, performance & capability issues, employee conduct and TUPE situations.  She looks forward to getting to know all our clients and supporting them with her pragmatic approach to any challenges they may face.

Founded in 2012, by Managing Director and experienced HR Professional Stephanie Fosh, Pure Human Resources has grown considerably over the last couple of years and we have exciting plans for 2024 – which we look forward to sharing in the coming weeks – as we expand our office and training facilities at Kingfisher House, North Baddesley.
