Downton Gin Evening at Romsey Rugby Club
Romsey Rugby Club and Downton Distillery are hosting an exclusive evening of gin, charcuterie and music on Friday July 7th at the Ganger Farm Pavilion. Romsey Rugby Club is delighted to welcome founder of Downton Distillery, Hugh Anderson, to their superb new Clubhouse to talk about his love of spirits and their famous ‘Explorer Gin’.
As a local business, Pure Human Resources, are delighted to be able to support Romsey Rugby Club with this event.
Tickets to the event include drinks made with Explorer. Firstly, neat to taste the botanicals in the product; then a classic G&T made to their award-winning standards and finishing with a Southside cocktail. The Club’s Chef, Adrian, will provide snacking charcuterie for all guests during the tasting and then the super-talented Austyn Brown and his acoustic guitar will be performing through to close. The full-service bar, run by the team from the Cocky Anchor pub in Romsey, will be open throughout the evening.
Doors to the event will be open from 5.30pm and the talk and tasting will commence at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £40 per person and are available via the Rugby Club’s event site.
