Pure Human Resources receives Employer Award at prestigious Business Awards
This autumn, Pure Human Resources Ltd. received the Employer Award at the prestigious South Coast Business Awards, recognising our organisation’s commitment to and support for its employees. Our company’s commitment to its team is also reflected in our recent accreditation from the Good Business Charter which recognises responsible business practises, including towards its employees, and our recognition as Highly Commended in the Employer of the Year category in the 2021 Test Valley Business Awards.
The South Coast Business Awards are backed by the Southern Daily Echo, Business South and Destination Southampton. They recognise the contribution of local businesses and showcase their achievements.
An award winning HR provider, Pure Human Resources was established in 2012 by HR Professional, Stephanie Barnett, and took on its first employee in 2015 in response to growing demand for the business’ expert HR advice and support. Since then, the team has grown to include three experienced HR consultants, a specialist Recruitment Consultant and an HR & Office Administrator and took on its most recent employee, Marketing Manager Jenny Nolan, this October to support ongoing business growth. All members of the team are supported in further their professional studies and receive generous benefits including private medical insurance and enhanced pension contributions.
