This Executive Development Programme in Southampton is designed for aspiring leaders, introducing advanced leadership skills with a strategic focus.  It is ideal for those with existing management experience and can be used as a progression for those who have completed our Managers Development Programme.

The aim of our Executive Development Training Programme is to provide the necessary insight and skills to allow good managers to become great leaders

  • Understand what your values and beliefs mean to you and how they affect others
  • Understand what motivates you at work
  • Describe how emotional intelligence can benefit leaders
  • Understand your leadership qualities (SOVA Q)
  • Create an action plan

Module objectives:

  • Evidence a plan with clear goals and timescales
  • Understand what a coaching culture looks like
  • Describe what makes a high performing team
  • Identify your role in making a high performing team
  • Explore ways in which we can strengthen our resilience and expand our stretch zones

Programme Duration: 

4 modules across 4 half day sessions.
