This interactive Moving into Management course will provide the foundations for first time managers and new team leaders to be highly effective.
The session starts by looking at leadership styles and how to get the best out of your team members. You’ll learn some new tools and techniques for more effective communication and understand what motivates people and how to engage them. The course also provides practical formulas to manage both good and poor performance, for more effective team and people management.

Who is it for?:
This Moving into Management course is designed for first time managers and anyone who has recently, or is about to, assume responsibility for supervising or managing others for the first time.
Managing people is a skill that needs to be learnt and developed over time. Providing training for new managers and supervisors will equip them with the basic skills of people management right from the start, and empower them to manage with confidence and improve their chances of success.
